1. Individual Assessment
You can do this right away, for free, by completing a fifteen-minute survey on our web site. You’ll be rating your organization on sixty different questions. You’ll see the results at the end of the survey, and if you give us your email address, we’ll add our two cents about your results as well.
2. Organizational Assessment
If you want a more in-depth look, you can hire us to do a quick assessment of your organization for $3000. We’ll give you a customized link to the survey and you can have as many employees as you like take the survey. We’ll then produce a 7-10 page report summarizing the data and recommending next steps for improvement. The report gives you concrete ideas that you can act on, and it also provides a baseline score should you want to re-assess your organization at a later date. It’s a quick look, but it gives you fairly detailed feedback, covering big issues of organizational culture as well as specific process, structure, and organizational behavior areas where improvements can be made.
