Trellis

It sounded to “mechanical” to call this a “framework” or a “model,” but we wanted to share a useful structure for guiding your work in making your organizaiton more human. So we called it a “trellis,” that can support the unique growth patterns and needs of your organization. It shows how the four human elements (Open, Trustworthy, Generative, and Courageous) interact with the three layers of organizational activity (Culture, Process/Structure, and Behavior). Keep this big picture in mind as you move forward.
