Find 10 other people in your organization to agree to read the book and meet to discuss their thoughts, and we’ll send you a PDF of our Humanize Book Club Guide and, pending availability, we’ll even skype into your book club discussion. [free with the purchase of 10 books]

Live Presentation to Your People

One of the quickest ways to get started is with a live presentation on Humanize. It takes about an hour (so it can be done as a lunch session) and it focuses on translating the concepts in the book into actionable change for your organization. We can also do it virtually, as a webinar, if that’s your preference. ($2,500, plus travel)

Half-Day Humanize Workshop

If you want to dig deeper, pull together a management team, a project team, or a cross-functional group together for a half-day workshop. We’ll send Humanize books in advance, and the session will help participants work through the organizational implications of becoming more human at all three levels of behavior, process/structure, and organizational culture. ($5,000 plus travel)

Worksheet Walk-Through

You can use the four free worksheets that accompany the main chapters of the book to do your own organizational mini-assessment—and we’ll walk you through it. You can send your people to our site to complete the quizzes online, and we’ll walk you through interpretation of the results. Then we’ll help you decide what kind of follow up conversations need to be set up internally in order to develop your action plans. We’ll also provide feedback on the action plans. This consulting is done via phone and email. Facilitation of internal meetings can be arranged for an additional fee. ($4,000)

Customized Assessment

If you’re ready to hit this work head on, then choose the Customized Assessment. We’ll customize a process of survey(s), phone interviews, and facilitated group analysis and brainstorming sessions, so that you will end up with a comprehensive written report, complete with actionable recommendations and timelines. It takes a little while, but you’ll end up with clear change strategies that touch separately on culture, internal process, and individual behavior that will move you towards a more effective (and human) organization. ($20,000)

Humanize Advisory

Once you’ve clarified your options, you’ll actually have to start making changes to culture, processes, and behavior, and that’s often where progress stops. Putting one foot in front of the other is harder than we think. Keep us on call to help you through the implementation through a series of scheduled calls, emails and other consultations. We’ll hold you to promises, help you think through the glitches, and even design some process solutions to help make the change happen. It’s your change program, but we help you push through the hard parts. ($4,000 per month)
